Future Fish Eurasia, İzmir

As Fedyme , we visited the Future Fish Eurasia exhibition, held in İzmir on September 24–26.

The exhibition brought together leading companies in the industry, and we exchanged views on key topics shaping the sector's future, including feed formulations, fishmeal and fish oil, and alternative animal protein sources. As Türkiye's aquaculture sector continues to grow rapidly, we believe Future Fish Eurasia will grow stronger each year and become one of the region's most important aquaculture events.

While in İzmir for the exhibition, we held productive meetings with three companies and an investment fund interested in the protein sector, exploring opportunities for strategic collaboration.

As Fedyme, our goal is to offer a domestic and sustainable alternative to fishmeal, whose price has risen by nearly 100% over the past year due to climate-driven supply disruptions. We aim to build a circular production model that reduces import dependency and strengthens domestic production.
