Fatih Yılmazer

A Chemistry graduate of Middle East Technical University (METU) with an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business, he brings over 24 years of senior leadership experience across global organizations.

His career encompasses executive leadership roles in R&D, production, business development, and investment at leading companies including General Electric, Kale Group, AKSA, and Gübretaş.

A Six Sigma Green Belt, he has successfully led complex industrial projects from early-stage research and conceptual development through to large scale investment execution and operational excellence.

Ece Yılmazer

A chemical engineer holding BSc and MSc degrees from Middle East Technical University (METU) and an Executive MBA from Koç University, she brings over 20 years of experience in industry and investment banking.

Throughout her distinguished career, she has held executive leadership positions at leading firms including KORDSA, TSKB and AKSA. She has expertise in greenfield investments, M&A, due diligence and feasibility assessments.

A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she is recognized for her strong ability to drive operational excellence and successfully lead complex, high-impact projects through rigorous, data-driven strategies.
