From May 14–16, Fatih Yılmazer had the privilege of participating in Insecta 2024 in Postdam, Germany, a premier international platform dedicated to the insect industry. This event provided a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse spectrum of stakeholders, including pioneering researchers focusing on insect-based food and feed, leading industrial-scale producers, and specialized engineering firms that are driving the sector’s infrastructure forward.
